Information collected
Visitors can browse public listings without creating an account. If you create a job seeker account, RozgarSeva stores the name, email address, mobile number and profile details you choose to provide, plus saved-job references, your notification preference and in-site job notifications. Premium preferences include your email-alert consent and selected alert language. Passwords are stored as one-way PBKDF2 hashes. Do not put sensitive identity or application documents in profile fields.
Employer accounts
Employer registration collects business and contact details needed for account verification and job moderation. Employer-submitted job listings and approved contact details may be visible to the public. Do not submit information you do not want displayed.
Premium payments and alerts
If premium checkout is enabled, Razorpay processes the payment. RozgarSeva stores payment order identifiers, payment status, the associated account, and the time and version of the premium terms accepted; it does not receive or store card details. Razorpay may process payment information under its own privacy policy.
Email alerts are planned through Resend. If enabled and you opt in, we share the contact details and job information needed to deliver matching alerts with the email provider. We store email-alert consent, language preference and delivery status. You can change your alert choices in your account; messages already accepted by a provider may not be recalled. The provider handles its own logs and message retention under its terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp alerts are not available yet.
In-site job notification history is available for six days. This does not control copies or retention of email messages held by the provider. Payment and delivery records may be retained for service operation, dispute handling, security or legal obligations; the operator should set and publish a specific retention schedule before launch.
Account sessions and retention
Account session tokens are stored in protected, same-site browser cookies; only keyed hashes of session tokens are stored in the database. Sessions expire after seven days. Account information is retained in the site database while the account is active and may be retained as needed for moderation, security or legal obligations. Contact the site operator to request account removal at dikshu12002@proton.me.
Administrator information
The site owner’s administrator email is used to sign in to the private job-management area. Administrator session records are stored in the site database and expire after seven days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a preference cookie to remember your selected website language. Each homepage request increments an aggregate page-view counter; it does not store visitor identifiers or count unique people. The site does not currently include advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Razorpay Checkout is loaded only when a signed-in candidate starts a payment. Cloudflare may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site under its own service terms.
External websites
Job pages link to official recruitment websites. Applications are handled by the employer or recruiting authority, not RozgarSeva. When you follow an external link, that website’s privacy policy and terms apply.
