🔹 One-Time Registration (OTR) – All candidates must complete their fresh OTR on https://ssc.gov.in. – OTR from the old website (https://ssc.nic.in) is no longer valid. – Once created, the new OTR remains valid for all future exams on the new website. – Follow detailed instructions in Annexure-III of the official notice. 🔹 How to Apply – After OTR, fill out the Online Application Form on https://ssc.gov.in or through the ‘mySSC’ mobile app (available on Google Play Store). – Refer to Annexure-III & IV for detailed guidance. – Sample forms are in Annexure-IIIA (OTR) and Annexure-IVA (Application). 🔹 Photo Capture Guidelines – No need to upload a pre-existing photo; system captures a real-time photo during the form filling. – Follow these tips: – Use good lighting and a plain background. – Keep the camera at eye level. – Look straight at the camera. – Ensure your full face fits within the frame. – No cap, glasses, or mask allowed. – Refer to Annexure-XV for photo examples. 🔹 Important for Aadhaar-Based Authentication – Aadhaar-authenticated candidates won’t be rejected for photo/signature issues. – No need to carry photo ID or recent photo to the exam center. 🔹 Signature Upload Guidelines – Upload scanned signature in JPEG format (10–20 KB). – Size: 6.0 cm (W) x 2.0 cm (H). – Inappropriate or blurred signatures will lead to rejection (except Aadhaar-authenticated candidates). 🔹 PwBD Candidates – Upload the Certificate of Disability (Annexure-I, IA, X–XII) while filling the form. 🔹 Last Date to Apply – Submit the Online Application by 21st July 2025 (11:00 PM). – Avoid last-minute rush to prevent server issues or login problems. 🔹 Final Form Check – Use Preview/Print before final submission. – Ensure all details, photo, and signature meet the required standards. – Save a copy of the submitted form. 🔹 Application Fee – ₹100/- (One Hundred Rupees Only). – Exempted: Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and eligible Ex-Servicemen. – Payment Methods: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay). – Last date to pay online: 22nd July 2025 (11:00 PM). – Verify payment through the “Payment Status” link in your login. – Incomplete forms due to failed payment will be rejected. – Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. 🔹 Application Correction Window – Correction period: 1st – 2nd August 2025 (till 11:00 PM). – Candidates can edit and resubmit the form twice within this window. – Corrections allowed only for those whose forms and fees were received in time. – Only the latest corrected form will be considered valid. 🔹 Correction Fee – ₹200/- for first correction – ₹500/- for second correction – Payment via online mode only. – Correction fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted elsewhere. 🔹 Important Note – Recheck all details before submitting corrections. – No changes allowed after 2nd August 2025. – No correction requests will be accepted through Post, Email, Hand delivery, etc. |
