| For Male | You should be able to lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in a single attempt, without setting it down, and complete it within 2 minutes. You must be able to run 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in a single attempt. |
| For Female | You need to be able to lift and carry a 20 kg weight for 100 meters in one go, within 2 minutes, without setting it down. You must be able to run 1,000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in a single attempt. |
