Selection will be done though Merit
👉You can apply for only one position. Submitting multiple applications will lead to disqualification.

Important Points

✅Merit-Based Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit from the details provided in the online application. NCL may limit the number of candidates invited for document verification.

✅Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents for verification. The date and venue will be announced on the official website (www.nclcil.in). Failing to appear with required documents will lead to cancellation.

✅Incorrect Information: If any false details (like wrong qualifications or marks) are found during verification, the application will be rejected.

✅Tie-Breaker Rule: If two candidates have the same score, preference will be given to the older candidate. If still tied, the one whose name appears first alphabetically (in English) will be preferred.

✅Medical Fitness: Final selection requires passing a medical test as per Mines Rules, 1955. The fitness certificate must be from a government doctor (Assistant Civil Surgeon or above) and in the prescribed format with a photo, signature, and stamp. Certificates in other formats won’t be accepted.

✅Apprentice Contract: Selected candidates must accept the apprenticeship contract through NATS/NAPS portal. It becomes official after approval by BOAT-Western Region / RDSDE Bhopal.
