IFFCO AGT Recruitment 2025 Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection Process/Exam Pattern

1.) Candidates will first appear for a Preliminary Online Test from their own computer/laptop with internet access. Those who qualify will be invited for the Final Online Test at designated test centers across India, including Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, and more.
2.) Applicants must select two preferred test centers, but final allocation will be at IFFCO’s discretion. No requests for center changes will be entertained.
3.) Shortlisted candidates from the Final Test will proceed to a Personal Interview, followed by a Medical Examination as per IFFCO’s standards before final selection.

Important Points

Locations: IFFCO Field Offices across India. Candidates may be posted anywhere after absorption.
Language: Must read, write, and speak the regional language of the applied state. Knowing multiple languages is an advantage. Hindi knowledge is desirable.

Salary Structure

✅ Stipend: ₹33,300 per month during training.
✅ After Training: Absorption with a starting salary of ₹37,000/month (Pay Scale: ₹37,000 – ₹70,000) plus allowances.
✅ Service Bond: ₹80,000 for General/OBC & ₹20,000 for SC/ST, requiring a 3-year commitment post-training.
