Selection Process & Exam Pattern For AAI JE Recruitment 2025

The AAI JE Recruitment 2025 selection process will be completely merit-based, ensuring fairness and transparency. 🔹 Common Selection Process for All Posts (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Electronics & IT):
➤ Candidates must have appeared in GATE 2023 / GATE 2024 / GATE 2025 in the relevant paper.
➤ Shortlisting will be purely based on GATE scores (equal weightage for all three years).
➤ Shortlisted candidates will be called for Application Verification.
→ During verification, candidates must produce all original certificates and one set of self-attested copies.
→ Candidates working in Govt./PSUs must produce a valid NOC from the employer.
→ Failure to provide documents will lead to rejection.
🔹 Final Merit List
➤ Prepared on the basis of GATE Score + verification of eligibility.
➤ In case of a tie:
→ Higher GATE Score gets preference.
– If still tied, older candidate will be ranked higher.
– If still tied, marks in qualifying degree will be considered.
🔹 Special Note for Junior Executive (Electronics):
➤ Selected candidates must undergo 6 months of training.
➤ A Surety Bond of ₹7 Lakhs is required, with a minimum service commitment of 3 years after training.
